McLaren Formula 1 Team's 2024 World Constructors' Championship victory was a historic achievement, marking their 9th title and their first since 1998. Their triumph at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix sealed their long-awaited return to the top of Formula 1.

As the McLaren Formula 1 teams' official apparel and sportswear supplier, Castore designed a range of fanwear ahead of the final race of the season. 

Following the championship victory, Infinity Inc. promptly initiated the transfer printing and pressing process for the official McLaren Formula 1 Team's Champions Collection fanwear range. 

This large-scale production involved over 20,000 T-shirts and hoodies, with contrasting colour designs, some styles featuring 8 print locations with intricate details, including partner logos.

To achieve a perfect match of McLaren Racing’s unique papaya orange, our specialist printing team mixed and sampled inks to get the right final result. It was crucial that the orange ink used on the black garments perfectly matched the orange T-shirts to ensure colour consistency.

Screen Print Transfers (SPT) were identified as the most effective branding method for this project. This approach allowed for detailed designs and vibrant prints while maintaining durability and comfort. The Infinity Inc. application team used laser guides to precisely align and press each transfer, ensuring uniformity across the entire collection.

Efficiency & Speed: Leveraging the in-house capabilities of Infinity Inc. allowed for  a rapid turnaround, enabling fans to access championship merchandise promptly.

Quality Assurance: The use of advanced transfer printing methods ensured that each garment met Castore and McLaren Racing’s high standards.
