CASE STUDY
Berkeleyparks
Berkeleyparks owns 58 residential parks across England and Wales, providing great communities for their residents. Over 70 years they have built a strong reputation for well-managed, attractive park living.
When they first reached out to us, their teams weren’t wearing uniforms, and they wanted something professional and consistent that also worked for all the different roles across their sites. Comfort, functionality, and branding were key.
We worked closely with the Berkeleyparks team to design a uniform that ticked all the boxes. Here’s how we did it:
- Concept & Visuals: We put together initial designs to showcase different garment options that fit their brand.
- Samples & Wearer Trials: Employees tested out different pieces to make sure they were comfortable and practical for their day-to-day work.
- Adjustments Based on Feedback: After getting input from various departments, we fine-tuned the core uniform range to ensure the best fit, style, and functionality.
- Versatile Uniform Choices: Since employees have different roles, we included a mix of polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, gilets, quarter zips, caps, and beanies to cover all needs.
- Branding Options: We explored multiple branding techniques and settled on high-quality embroidery for a sleek and durable look.
Once the final range of uniform was selected, we kick started the rollout, branding a total of 871 garments at our in-house production facility in Leeds. The uniforms were rolled out across multiple departments, creating a consistent look for all teams.
In addition to the core uniform range, we also created extra branded pieces for Berkeleyparks sales team. For events and shows they attend, we’ve provided high-quality shirts and softshell jackets, ensuring they present a professional and cohesive image. These orders are turned around quickly to meet their event schedules.
The new uniforms have been a hit! Employees love the quality, fit, and professional feel, and the head office team has been impressed with the smooth rollout and the level of service provided by the Infinity Inc. uniform team.
The core uniform range is now fully in place across all parks and Head Office, giving the brand a polished, unified look.
With Berkeleyparks set to launch a new logo in 2025, we’ve continued working with them to update their branding. This ensures their uniforms stay fresh and in line with their evolving identity.
